Caroline Ziemkiewicz: I am going to be a senior in computer science at Ithaca College in
Ithaca, New York. Although I started out as a film major with a computer science minor, I gradually moved over to CS as I discovered that I was good at programming and enjoyed it, which is more than I can say for directing movies, much to my surprise. I am particularly interested in virtual reality, due to the potential for creativity and the multidisciplinary nature of the field. I plan to study for my Ph.D. after graduation. I still love movies, as well as comic books, offbeat music (my favorite band is currently Manplanet), video games, politics, and cooking.
