We are extremely interested in your expectations of the SIBHI Summer Program.
What priority do you place on each of the following items for your participation in the SIBHI Summer Program?
Your selections can range from 1 to 5 (1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) where 1 means the item is a low priority for you as a participant in the SIBHI Program and 5 means the item has an extremely high priority to you as a participant in the SIBHI Program.
